DESCRIPTION:Guatemala Missions trip\nAugust 20–27\, 2024\nTotal cost will be $900 plus airfare (approximately $1700)\n\nPossible opportunities for us are:\n\n\n\n\nEvangelism\nPrayer\nPartnering with Churches and Communities by providing water filters\, scheduling teams to help with medical care\, veterinarian services.\nWomen’s ministries and children’s ministry.\nConstruction: Everything from building and/or improving homes for the poorest of the poor to Community projects and Churches.\nFeeding programs: Currently there are four children’s feeding programs. Each week 400+ children are fed a hot nutritious meal and enjoy their own worship service filled with singing\, dancing\, and Bible lessons in their local church. This feeding ministry is about so much more than food!\nSewing ministry: Students learn sewing skills\, financial training and business skills. They are taught to save for a machine of their own and how to start their own business.
